We are BGWF — a youth-led collective of professionals, IIMA alumni, and student leaders from JK Academy, united across India and the world. Our mission is simple: enable sustainable change where it matters most. We work at the intersection of education, health, women empowerment, environmental protection, and youth affairs — bringing boardroom rigor to grassroots action. At BGWF, management expertise from IIM Ahmedabad meets the lived experience of JKA youth. This blend lets us design solutions that are scalable, data-driven, and deeply rooted in local realities.
